This statement explains the practical data-handling model for pre-contract discovery and pilot delivery. It is designed for enterprise buyers who need to understand boundaries before sharing materials.
We ask for the smallest practical sample: workflow description, approved documents, exported tables, sample tickets, or meeting notes. Sensitive datasets should wait for a written scope.
The first pilot uses only the materials required to prove one workflow. Extra systems, archives, and broad permissions are intentionally excluded.
Client-side owners define who can view, approve, export, or escalate outputs. Permission matrix tests are part of the pilot acceptance process.
Discovery material is kept only for the commercial conversation or agreed pilot period unless a separate contract says otherwise.
Clients can request deletion or return of pre-contract materials by contacting Service@goldrenmai.com.
Client materials are not used to train public models by goldrenmai. Any model or platform-specific handling is confirmed in the written deployment scope.
Share your website, process description, or a small document set. We will reply with a recommended pilot scope, required materials, and a practical deployment path.
